Course Introduction
Communication is one of the most powerful tools we possess, and effective communication is often the difference between accomplishing that which you set out to achieve, or not. Knowing what to say, when to say it, when not to say it and how to say it, is a key factor in the achievement of most things in life.
Communication has been described as ‘An art and a science’ in this 2-day practical course we guarantee that you will learn and understand a whole lot more about how communication works at both a conscious and an unconscious level. You will practise techniques you were not even existed and most importantly know that these skills will become a part of how you communicate more successfully going forward.
You will have heard that ‘communication is a two-way street’ and some of you may even have heard that ‘the meaning of our communication is the response we get’. In this training, we go way beyond the words and explore all the nuances that form the foundation of someone who you previously thought was naturally ‘just great at communicating’. Great communicators are not born, it is something we can all become.
Through teaching and exercise, you will learn how to ‘hear and see’ what a person is really saying at a level way beyond the spoken word. Having attended this training your awareness of ‘what’s really going on’ will be at a whole new level and your flexibility to adapt and connect with others will increase exponentially. We will teach you how to communicate at a level beyond the conscious use of voice and words.
