Course Overview

Choose an area of your life in which you are determined to make a change, to achieve something, know why you want this, be ready to play at 100%, and then all you have to do is to make the decision to join us for 2 life-changing days of learning and of course some practical exercises.

Do you sometimes think ‘What’s the point’ or ‘It’s all too hard, why bother’ or ‘It’s just something others can do, not me’ only to then drop backward into behaviors that you afterwards regret, wish you didn’t and then reprimand yourself at a later stage?
