Course Overview
The second level in your NLP journey. Having completed your Practitioner course you may wish to expand your knowledge of NLP and add to your knowledge and toolbox of techniques that you already have. As with all our training courses, what you learn can be incorporated into any area of your life or business and can be used to work with other individuals or businesses. For coaches or those wanting to improve their coaching and communication skills with their teams, this is the highest level of training in NLP that you can experience.
The study of NLP has 4 distinct levels: Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Trainer, and Master Trainer each of which builds upon the previous one.

Course Introduction
The NLP Master Practitioner Training builds on the solid foundation of the Practitioner Course and incorporates advanced techniques and some of the most progressive thinking in the field. Having completed the course your understanding of the operating system of the human mind will be at a level beyond, and your ability to make change in self and others unlimited. You have one shot at this thing called life, or, another way of looking at it is that this time around you want to maybe show up and be the best version of yourself for yourself and others.
For NLP coaches or those wanting to improve their coaching and communication skills with their teams, this is the highest level of training in NLP that you can experience.

Thinking & Theme
There are so many theories, suggestions, and ideas all around us, you will see the typical advertisements promising some of the following on Instagram, Facebook and wherever else you may look, especially when it comes to personal development and coaching:
‘Do this and make a lot of money’
‘6 figures guaranteed’
‘Work wherever you want in the world’
We have all seen the photographs that often accompany this, the cars, the first-class seats, etc. You get the picture.
Here’s the thing: who and what defines what a great life is? Is it how much you have in the bank and the number of things you have? Is it how frugal you are and how little you have? Is it that you wear designer brands? Is it that you shop at vintage stores and recycle?
Here is how we think at Connect2: It’s your life and it is up to no one else how you decide to live it ‘the movie that you choose to create’ is your choice. We do however know from our own experience that all of us are pretty much always capable of creating more of whatever it is that we want and that as human beings how we show up, how we think, what we do, how we contribute, how we treat others all contributes to this ‘one time’ performance of life. It’s your movie, our wish is that you are proud of your performance.
Who Should Attend
At the Practitioner level, you established a solid foundation regarding the attitude, the methodology and you became familiar with and practice a host of techniques. At Masters level, we take this to the next level with more advanced techniques to effect faster change and take a deeper dive into the linguistics side of NLP. Those who embark on the study of NLP at this level:
- Already know from their Practitioner training that this field of study delivers results for you personally, in your relationships with others, and in business and you would like to add to what you already know and achieve more success and satisfaction.
- Want to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of how the human mind functions and how we can thrive in this fast-changing world.
- Know that the study of NLP and other associated modalities provides you with at least 5 of the top 10 skill sets required to ‘future-proof’ your life and career according to Forbes and The World Economic Forum.
- Want to be able to use language with absolute volition to get their message across, be that in day-to-day family or business communication and when it comes to how to promote, market, and sell. Or in business language: to acquire, retain, and develop customers.

Certification
Whether attending a live course or online there are sections of the course that require supervised practice, this is to provide you with feedback to ensure that when you have completed the course you will be comfortable and competent with all techniques that have been taught.
As with Practitioner there is a written test which is required to be completed for certification, the questions will cover material from both Practitioner and Master Practitioner. We ask that you consider this as an opportunity to show yourself how much you have learned.
Upon completion of the above, you will be certified as a Master Practitioner of NLP and Timeline techniques by Connect2.
Further Information
Following successful completion of the course, you are eligible to become a member of the IFNLP. The IFNLP has two levels of membership, those being Certified Member and Accredited Member. To become an Accredited member there are requirements that a number of hours of coaching be logged and recorded following which you can apply to be assessed and featured in the Accredited Coach Directory.
For those of you currently working in the business of coaching, where coaching is a part of your role or maybe are interested in exploring the possibility of coaching as a part or full-time profession, we recommend that you attend our Coaching Courses. Foundation-level Coaching is a 3-day program and works with the material taught at Practitioner together with additional material to equip you to commence coaching straight away. Advanced Level Coaching is also a 3-day program though more concepts and content are introduced enabling you to work with a wider range of issues and create faster change.
Both Foundation and Advanced Coaching Courses include a one-on-one intervention during which you will work with a client using all that you have learned, our team is always available during this process to assist you with any questions you may have.
Following on from Master Practitioner you may be interested and would be eligible to attend the following certification courses:

Course Outline
Preparation
Prior to beginning the course, you will have an onboarding session so that we can find out exactly what you are seeking to achieve and your reasons for attending. If your Practitioner was with another organization, we will check that you have covered all the material required for certification with Connect2, this aligns with the standards set by all leading international accrediting boards. If not, we will direct, guide, and coach you to ensure that you are all good to go by the time you join the Master Practitioner group be that live or online.
Following this you will be sent links wherein you will find suggested reading, access to training materials, and depending on the training you may also have some pre-course preparation to complete. You will also be given access to a private Facebook group where you can meet your fellow students, ask questions, and have access to the student support team here at Connect2.

- Learn how to use the values inventory to ascertain a person’s level of thinking
- Use the metaprogram questions to gain an understanding as to what drives a person and how they make decisions
Quantum Linguistics
- Achieve results and create change by using advanced language techniques
- Learn and practice Sleight of Mouth
- Understand the subject we refer to as Prime Concerns to identify that which may be the root cause of a person’s thinking that is holding them back

- An introduction to the principles of quantum thinking from the principles of quantum physics

Presentation Skills
Having completed Practitioner and now Master Practitioner many students find that they are asked to present or speak more than before they undertook this field of study. With this in mind, we teach several of the modules from our Trainers Training Course to equip you better and boost your charisma and confidence.
