Terms of Service
Welcome to Connect2’s Terms of Service. This document outlines our training service requirements, including course attendance policies, material usage, accreditations, and venue arrangements. Please read these terms carefully as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Connect2 (Pty.) Ltd, referred to herein as Connect2. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Course Attendance
- Certification requires 100% attendance on each course attended.
- No certifications will be given to delegates who do not attend the full course.
- The option will be available to delegates who want to attend the course on a second occasion should they fail to complete the first time around.
- Second time attendance is offered for a two year period starting on the end date of the first course attended.
- Second time attendance is subject to a venue hire fee.
2. Course Material
- Course material remains the property of Connect2 until payment has been made in full.
- Course materials will be issued to delegates on payment of the deposit and are returnable should a booking for a course be cancelled.
- Connect2 reserves the right to withhold or revoke issuing of all course materials.
- Connect2 course materials are subject to change and updates will be made available to delegates should they wish to keep materials up to date.
3. Course Accreditations
- All NLP courses are accredited by the International Federation of NLP (IFNLP) and the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP).
- All Hypnosis courses are accredited by the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH).
4. Service Delivery Venues
- Course attendance may be on the property of Connect2 or any other property deemed appropriate by us.
- Connect2 reserves the right to change the course venue up to 24 hours prior to course commencement.
- Connect2 will not be held liable for any loss or injury sustained during courses.
5. Service Delivery Date
- Connect2 reserves the right to move the dates of courses due to course attendance volumes or venue hire availability or in an event of natural disaster anything beyond human control.

We may update the Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
