Level 3 in your NLP journey. Having successfully completed this training you will be recognised as having the skills, knowledge and competencies required to successfully teach and certify Practitioners and Master Practitioners in NLP and Time Line techniques.
The skills that you will learn, practice and demonstrate will also give you the confidence and mastery to develop and deliver excellent interventions be they workshops, speeches and seminars for example in the corporate arena.

Course Introduction
Level 3 in your study of NLP and its application. The focus in this training is to teach and embed the knowledge, skills, and competencies to become a masterful and charismatic presenter.
Many who have attended this training will tell you that it required them to dig deep inside themselves and to go way out of their comfort zone, though having done so they found that they had capabilities, confidence and a voice which they never previously thought existed.
Here’s a thing: public speaking and standing up and talking in front of others is a fear held onto by many, and yet at the same time we have all seen people such as Barrack Obama and Oprah Winfrey easily and effortlessly deliver talks, interviews, and speeches with confidence, charisma, personality, and charm whilst at the same time making a connection with their audience and being authentic. Regardless of whether you agree with what they say, few would deny their absolute ability to captivate an audience and to get their message across.
During this training, you utilize your knowledge of NLP from Practitioner and Master Practitioner and transfer the exact same skill sets to exceed whatever your own expectations may have been for yourself in the realm of training, presenting and speaking in public

Here’s a thought: ‘nobody can ever take away from you that which you have learnt and the skills that you have’ so the great news is that you already have it. From here on in it’s just practice, which after a while won’t be necessary as you will do things a different way without even giving it conscious thought.
Trainers Training is the course where you learn how to teach others that which you have learnt, in this training, we take that which you already know and apply it to working with a group, from the stage, in front of an audience. So instead of working one on one the focus here is working 1 to many. For those of you who have a desire to train others or maybe at this stage it’s a wish that you could, what we know is absolutely that you can.
The design and content of Trainers Training will forever change how you present in any situation or location be that online or in person. It’s not just about training NLP, the skills that you learn will equally apply to any presentation, pitch, speech, interview, podcast, blog, and the list goes on. It’s about performance of life. It’s your movie, our wish is that you are proud of your performance.
Who Should Attend
From Practitioner and Master Practitioner you already have the attitude, the methodology, and a whole load of techniques, you also by now will have put these into practice and maybe even play in probably more than one area of your life. Some of you, if not all of you will have talked to others about how your study and practice has helped you get rid of stuff that no longer serves you and have embarked on creating more of the life you want in whichever way works for you.
At trainers training, we teach you how to apply the methodology and techniques of NLP to the delivery of trainings and presentations, with this knowledge you will for sure be able to present at any time, put presentations, trainings, and talks together way faster than you could imagine and will be prepared to deliver confidently with confidence and charisma each and every time.

Certification
Whether attending a live course or online this course is highly practical, from day 1 you will be given feedback by our experienced team of certified coaching assistants. Following this, it is suggested that you take some time to incorporate the feedback to prepare you for your next evaluation. The courses are designed in a way where each day we teach and explain new techniques which make up the entirety of the curriculum. Training and Presentation skills’ you then incorporate these into your presentations to ensure you are fully prepared for success at your final evaluation.
As with Practitioner and Master Practitioner there is a written test which is required to be completed for certification, the questions will cover material from both Practitioner and Master Practitioner. We ask that you consider this as an opportunity to show yourself how much you have learned.
If you are going to certify others at Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels, it is a requirement that you can conduct demonstrations of the techniques at the front of the room. There is a section in the training where we teach you all the nuances of performing a demonstration successfully, how to ensure that you set yourself up for success, knowing how to choose your student for this part of the training, how to maximize the students learning experience and also ensure a successful outcome for the person who volunteered.
Upon completion of the above, you will be certified as a Trainer of NLP by Connect2 and will be eligible for a Trainer membership with a number of NLP boards and federations.
Further Information
Following successful completion of the course, you are eligible to become a member of several boards and associations of NLP. You will also have the opportunity to advance to the status of Master Trainer. This coveted title can be gained over a period of typically 3-5 years. The requirements for this are dependent on your current level of experience and a number of other factors can and will also contribute towards your recognition as a Master Trainer.
Whilst there is a minimum standard required, we recognize that at this level of skill and knowledge in the field that there is more than one way to reach your goal. Unlike other certifying organizations we take this into account and work with you to establish a tailored path to you being awarded the prestigious title of ‘Master Trainer of NLP’. The path which we decide together will also consider your own goals for your life and business, our belief at Connect2 is that the ‘one size fits all’ approach is no longer acceptable or necessary in the world in which we live.
Whilst we will for sure want to assess your knowledge and skills you can be assured that our program, unlike some others, does not necessitate that you spend up to a month every year for up to 5 years attending and working on training courses for other organizations.
Course Outline
Preparation
Prior to beginning the course, you will be taken through an onboarding session where we will check out all that you are looking to achieve and will go through all the content that you have studied so far. This is done to ensure that you have knowledge of the materials from Practitioner and Master Practitioner, that we can help you fill in any possible gaps, and more importantly, set you up for success with what you seek to achieve and put in place following completion of the course.
After this, we will send you a preparation guide and assign you a coach to guide you along the way to ensure you are fully prepared for the course. There will also be weekly Zoom sessions, access to material will be sent and groups set up so that you can begin to meet and prepare together with your fellow classmates.
To further support your preparation, we set exercises and tasks to ensure that when you commence the course you are ready to fully absorb and apply all the training techniques that you will learn and practice.

The Fundamentals

Audience connection

Deliver to the subconscious mind to accelerate learning
- Build rapport with audiences of any size whether live or online
- Rapidly gain compliance and control with any group

Language and voice
- How and when to use Kinesthetic, Auditory, and Visual based language to ensure faster uptake and understanding
- Learn the power of metaphor when used in presentations and speeches
- Know when to use open loop and when to use closed loop metaphors
- Voice variation is key: tone, tempo, pause, volume, intonation, pronunciation and variation are all vital
Training Design
- Design training programmes, speeches, and presentations that will achieve outcomes every time
- Design exercises to maximize learning and create success for your
- Ensure appropriate assessment of students is in place
- Learn how to appropriately work with students and attendees to open up their minds to further growth and development possibilities
Evaluation
The evaluation part of Trainers Training is where everything you have learnt in Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Trainers Training all comes together. Successful completion of the evaluation will give you the right and title to certify others as Practitioners and Master Practitioners of NLP and Time-based NLP techniques.
The evaluation takes place over 4 days and includes:
- A written exam (closed book)
- Evaluation of presentations on at least two topics
- Evaluation based on your ability to perform and demonstrate with competency and achieve an outcome with your subject (client).
Our aim is to ensure that when you complete the evaluation you are set up for success and leave knowing you are fully competent and confident to design and deliver at the highest levels to continuously and consistently achieve results.
At all stages of your evaluation, you will be given comprehensive feedback appropriate and in line with your intended delivery to your specific target market. All feedback is provided by accredited Trainers and Master Trainers. accredited Trainers and Master Trainers.
